Parent & Caregiver Resources

Adults play a vital role in supporting young people, especially when it comes to challenges like vaping and nicotine use. With nicotine’s highly addictive nature and the tobacco industry's targeted marketing toward youth, it’s more important than ever to have open, honest conversations with the young people in our lives.

Many young people who use nicotine want to quit, but it often takes multiple attempts. Ongoing support can make all the difference! By educating youth on the health risks, offering resources to cut back or quit, and addressing the underlying reasons behind use, we can support young people in making healthy choices.

On this page, you'll find tools and resources to guide meaningful conversations and empower the young people in your life to navigate and overcome nicotine use.
