School districts, school, and youth serving organizations outside the state of Colorado can purchase the Second Chance program to address nicotine use in a supportive, non-punitive way.
Second Chance was developed for Colorado youth and includes content specific to Colorado policies (e.g., Tobacco-Free Schools). While the program remains relevant and effective for students in other states, administrators should be prepared to supplement with information about their local laws and policies.
Annual Subscription Includes
Multiple Program Administrators
Includes registration for up to three administrators per school or organization: one primary administrator and up to two secondary administrators. This structure supports continuity when staff roles change and allows shared responsibility for student enrollment, progress monitoring, and certificate access. Administrator roles are clearly defined to support appropriate permissions and accountability.
Technical Support
Provides access to responsive technical support for administrators using the Second Chance platform. Support covers common technical issues such as account access, student enrollment, progress tracking, and system functionality. Requests are routed through a centralized support process to ensure timely assistance and consistent resolution.
Administrator Onboarding Training
All Second Chance administrators have access to a 45-minute on-demand training that covers how to effectively implement the program, outlines administrator roles and responsibilities, and highlights how Second Chance supports a non-punitive, supportive approach to school discipline.
Unlimited Student Enrollments
Schools and organizations may enroll an unlimited number of students under their subscription. There are no per-student caps or additional enrollment fees, allowing programs to scale as needed while maintaining predictable annual costs.
